SM16306SJ is a LED constant current driver chip with built-in CMOS shift bit register with latch function that can convert the serial input data into Parallel output data format.

Built-in shadow removal function
Constant current output range: 3~32mA@VDD=4.2V, 3~22mA@ VDD=3.3V
Constant current inflection point voltage is low: IOUT=20mA @VDS=0.25V, VDD=4.2V IOUT=20mA @VDS=0.25V, VDD=3.3V Constant current deviation: Intra-chip <±2.5%, inter-chip <±3.5%
Fast output current response, OE (min): 35ns
Up to 25MHz clock frequency
